I grew up cooking with my mom, and I've been hooked on food and coffee ever since. After working too many hours in corporate jobs, I finally decided to take the leap and lean into my passion for coffee and food. With the help of friends and family, Little Fika was born.

I spent months recipe testing, finding the right trailer, and questioning whether this would actually work. In May of 2026, I had my first pop-up and haven't looked back since!

Being able to serve coffee to the people of Saint Pete has been the most fulfilling job I've ever had.
